The 4th Mekong-Korea International Water Forum will be held to advance sustainable water management and to widen cooperation between Korea and the Mekong region.
The Forum is a platform for international cooperation. It brings together government officials from Korea and the five Mekong countries, experts from international organisations and development partners, and leaders from the water industry to discuss climate change and water security, sustainable management of water resources, and cooperation across the water sector.
This year the programme opens a broad space for exchange — from policy and development cooperation through to practical business partnerships — with a Korea-Mekong high-level dialogue and the adoption of a joint statement, a special session with international development cooperation partners, a business roundtable, and a water technology exhibition.
